Please ensure that you have read and understood our terms and conditions of
business and our refund policy. When you make a booking with us, you are deemed to have accepted the following:
1. If you
cancel any booking within a seven (7) working day period after the booking is made and paid for in full we will issue a full
refund less a 5%* administration charge subject to the following conditions:
1.1 Requests for a refund more than
six (6) weeks before the event will be paid less a further 15%* cancellation charge.
1.2 Requests for a refund between
six (6) and four (4) weeks prior to the event will be paid less a further 45%* cancellation charge.
1.3 No refunds will
be given less than four (4) weeks prior to the event.
1.4 No refunds will be given if you cancel on the
day of the event ~ however, at our discretion and subject to availability we may allow you to attend a future event.
deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Bookings for visits to Father Christmas are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* This percentage relates to the FULL cost of the event.
2. If you cannot attend an event then please contact
us as soon as possible, even if it is less than four weeks so that our staff know you will not be attending, thank you.
3. No refunds are given if you are too scared to stay for the whole event.... you have been warned!
Failure to attend does not entitle you to a refund.
5.Some events (including tickets for Father Christmas/Santa
Claus) are timed entry tickets. Plesae do not turn up more than 5 minutes before or after your allotted entry time as
we may not be able to rearrange your entry time.
